CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to me. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore I respectfully request 24 hour notice for cancellations. Please be aware that cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount. In the case of a no-show, 100% of the reserved service amount will be charged.
